I’m Caleb Lick, the proud owner of Voyager Consultants. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Right from the start, I always thrived on a challenge and got into this business to help people achieve their goals of entrepreneurship. I first found an exciting job in sales and fortunately landed myself an amazing mentor who showed me the ropes, and I want to do the same for you and others.

Voyager Consultants was established in January of 2021, and we have grown exponentially and gathered a fantastic group of leaders who are dedicated to both learning and teaching, ensuring we all progress together.

The part of running a marketing firm that I most enjoy is watching others grow into positions of leadership and accomplish their goals. I truly appreciate the team aspect of what I do, and this inspires me every day.

My philosophy is that successful businesses are not run by a single manager but a team of leaders dedicated to leading with integrity, accountability, and fostering a strong culture of learning, all of which are necessary ingredients that distinguish great companies.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my work ethic, student mentality, accountability, positivity, and commitment to relationship building.

I attribute my success to my great mentors, strong partnerships, and highly innovative team.

Growing professionally and personally has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I have a few different hobbies and interests. However, I most enjoy books and movies. I also love traveling to new places and trying new things.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
